Charlie Jacobs is a fourth year student at California Institute of the Arts, studying Experience Design and Production and emphasizing in Scenic Design and Technical Direction. Charlie is interested in following projects from conception to installation, throughout design and schematic phases, to producing build drawings, to the final scenic treatments. He has always been fascinated in the escape that theatrical, themed, and immersive experiences can bring to guests. Charlie has really enjoyed the process of working on CalArts Halloween because it has allowed him to combine his scenic and technical skills all together into one project. When not at school, you can find Charlie saving the world from the Decepticons at Transformers: The Ride at Universal Studios or DJ-ing as his alter ego iCharlie.
