I’m Khoi, a multi-media visual artist from Arizona. Growing up, I always had a great love for mythology, animation, and storytelling, and expressed that through my art. Now, I’m working on turning that into a unique background as I make my way into the world of theater as a designer and technician.

MFA 3 Experience Design & Production – School of Theater

Mia is a Midwest-transplant LA-based stage manager, who was originally introduced to live entertainment by way of a karaoke microphone and an aunt who needed a duet partner. This on-stage introduction led to her curiosity about the inner workings of how it all happens before a performer sets foot on stage, and she has spent the last 7 years of her education learning everything she can about live entertainment: from calling cues to painting flats and using a chop saw. Currently, most of her roles focus on the behind-the-scenes duties of stage management and production management. When she’s not writing reports or scheduling rehearsals, you can find her reading a book with a coffee in hand. She is incredibly proud to share all the work that’s gone into building this night of frights and festivities. She hopes you all have as much fun experiencing it as they had creating it!

Starlyn is studying for their B.F.A. in Costume Design at the California Institute of the Arts. They express interest in costuming for animation and practical effects, with a love for illustration and storytelling. Starlyn is a quick, dedicated learner who is always enthusiastic to explore unfamiliar creative territories. They do not shy away from other art forms when portraying concepts, regularly incorporating collage, music, and poetry in their work.
